Transient visitors to Commodore Perry Yacht Club have full use of all the club amenities including:
- City water and electrical hookup for the boat
- Two open-air pavilions with full kitchens and gas grills
- Restrooms and showers
- Heated swimming pool
- On-site coin laundry
- Ice for sale
- Gasoline for sale and pump-out station

Cost and Information
- CPYC does not take reservations — transient slips are available on a first come, first serve basis.
- Guest dockage is $2 per foot per night.
- Reciprocal club members with a current, valid membership card receive the second night of their stay free. This is limited to one free night per seven-day period.
- Pay by U.S. cash only. (There is an ATM at the Sloppy Duck restaurant next door.)
- Checkout time is 12:00 noon.

When You Arrive
- Seek out the dockmaster or a dock captain, who will direct you to an available slip, provide a visitor docking permit, and help you get settled.
- Complete the Visitor Docking Permit (provided by the dockmaster/dock captain).
- Display a copy of the completed permit on your boat and be sure it is visible from the dock.
- Place the second copy with appropriate fees (US currency only) in an envelope and deposit in the mail slot on the wall on the lower level of the clubhouse or give to a dock captain or dockmaster.
Gas Dock and Pump-Out
- Gasoline is available for sale to registered, overnight, transient watercraft.
- Gas dock and waste pump-out station are located on the west-side of the marina.
- A CPYC certified gas attendant must be present to assist with fueling.
- Normal hours when gas attendant will be present:
Wed, Fri, Sat and Sun – 8am to 11am
Wed and Fri – 6pm to 9pm - Payment is due at time of service and must be in cash US dollars, no exceptions.
- Guest pump-out is free when purchasing gas; otherwise, there is a $5 charge.
- There is no diesel fuel on site, but it may be available at nearby Perry’s Landing Marina or Presque Isle Marina.
Reciprocal Clubs
We have reciprocal agreements with many boat clubs on the Great Lakes and invite traveling boaters to come and stay with us during the boating season.
Reciprocal club members with a current, valid membership card will receive the second night of their stay free. (Limited to one free night per seven-day period.)

Canadian Visitors
All visitors from Canada must register with the United States Border Patrol in Erie.
Commodore Perry Yacht Club has an arrival system computer tablet provided by the U.S. Border Patrol. It is installed in the lower-level hallway of the clubhouse, near the restrooms. Please use this to register upon arrival. If the tablet fails to work, call the U.S. Border Patrol, Erie Station to obtain the closest location for registering:
